　　In harmony with the global ultrasonic industry and with over ten years of experience in researching and using ultrasonic products, we developed a special power source for ultrasonic cleaners, which adopt advanced microcomputer control techniques and a bran-new ideas in circuit design and is widely applied in the ultrasonic cleaning industry.

　　The control box adopts advanced techniques, like separately-excited circuits, controlled by microcomputer, automatic frequency tracking and frequency sweeping, etc. Compared with the traditional control box, it has better performance, more stable and reliable operation and constantly adjustable ultrasonic frequency, which can develop the potential capacity of a transducer to the maximum.

　　The automatic tracking of the operating frequencies optimizes output matching, strengthens power and raises efficiency. With the unique frequency-sweeping operating pattern, the cleaning solution can form a fine stream of refluence, which can time-wash off the dirty uncovered by ultrasonic waves from the surface of working pieces and thus attain faster and more thorough cleaning effect andraise the efficiency of ultrasonic cleaning. At the same time, it has perfect protective capacity: over-temperature protection and over-current protection for more reliable operation; a 4-bit timer for more accurate time control to the second. With digital power adjustment, it can meet different cleaning demands. It permits optional alteration in the working state, so the operation is freer. The complete appliance is based on a building block design. With a computer fault location and display system, its operation and maintenance are more convenient.
